POLICIES

PAYMENT:

Full payment is required in order to receive any pre-registration discount. For Feng Shui Masters ^TM Program, a $500 deposit is required. Payment plans are available. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. A non-refundable $50 registration fee is included in each class over $50.00. Some field trips may require additional fees. 

* In accordance with Feng Shui tradition, 9 or more red envelopes should be presented to the teacher at the start of class, as a way of honoring the ancient knowledge provided each week. Each envelope should contain at least $1.00; 9 red envelopes should accompany all payments to Long Island Feng Shui Institute.

Up to 4 absences may be made up the following year for no charge. If a student has missed 
4 or more days of class, it is up to the discretion of the Director to determine if the Certification must be deferred until make-ups have been fulfilled and satisfactory mastery has been completed. 

Students will receive training manual a few days after missed classes

REFUNDS: 

Full refund less $50 non-refundable registration fee is given up to 4 weeks prior. All cancellations must be made in writing by registered mail. If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the program takes place, you will receive course credit, valid for up to 1 year from date. There will be no refunds or credit if you do not show up for a class. If you start a long term class on a payment plan and drop out, you are still responsible for full payment of entire program. 

CANCELLATIONS: 

Long Island Feng Shui reserves the right to cancel or change instructors on any program for any reason. In case of cancellation, registrants will be notified by phone or e-mail within 24 hrs. prior to the event. Full refunds will be given if school cancels class. 

We hope that in addition to bringing together exciting and diverse course selections, that we also bring with it a true sense of community and support. All Students and graduates of all Feng Shui programs, are encouraged to continue their connection with the school by participating in the many additional programs offered by the school. Some of these include: monthly meetings and lectures offered by The International Feng Shui Guild, listing oneself as a trained consultant in our Directory of Practitioners, or being a part of our Public Speakers Bureau or “Good Karma Day”.

DISCOUNT CONSULTATIONS: 

Private consultations by our Director, Faculty and graduate students of our Feng Shui Professional Training Certificate Program may be booked through our office. Discounted rates may be obtained by offering your house or business as part of our training program.
